On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our Health First Chiropractic family and greeted with a warm smile.  After completing a few forms,  Dr. Chan  will consult  with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you.  To save time in the office filling out paperwork, click here to print out the most important form. After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete chiropractic examination.
